- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Specialization in International Marketing from Mälardalens University and Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
- Previous back-office employee at Zolva Sweden and practice as Art Director at Noir Properties.
ANDREAS LARSSON
- More than 14 years in investment banking, most recently as Partner at ABG Sundal Collier and previously as Partner at Pareto Securities and Corporate Finance at Erik Penser Bank.
- Advised on +50 transactions within different sectors such as TMT, healthcare, industrials and consumer retail.
- M. Sc. in Business Administration and B. Sc in Economics from Uppsala University and studies in finance at the National University of Singapore.
ANNA BERGLUND
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Gothenburg School of Economics.
- More than 13 years in in the financial industry, most recently as a back-office employee at Aqurat Fondkommission.

- Malin Tiberg is a Partner at Ramberg Advokater and member of the Swedish Bar Association. Malin Tiberg specialises within the practice areas capital markets, corporate and financing and securities. Malin Tiberg have extensive experience from advising clients in connection with capital raisings, public takeovers, listings, general meetings, incentive schemes, insider issues, corporate governance, information- and regulatory matters on the capital market etc. Malin Tiberg also works as an advisor in connection with mergers and acquisition.

Authorization to conduct securities operations:
- the reception and transmission of orders in respect of one or more financial instruments;
- execution of orders for financial instruments on behalf of clients;
- placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis;
(Chapter 2, 1 § subsections 1, 2, and 7 of the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528))
Authorization to, as ancillary services conduct the following:
- store financial instruments on behalf of customers and receive funds with accounting obligations;
- advice to undertakings on capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters and advice and services relating to mergers and the purchase of undertakings;
