Corporate governance refers to the decision systems and processes through which a company is governed and controlled. Governance, management and control are distributed among the shareholders, the Board of Directors and the CEO.
The overall objective of corporate governance at Bergs Securities is to ensure smooth and efficient processes that uphold high ethical standards as well as good risk management and internal control.

MALIN TIBERG
Chairman- Malin Tiberg is a Partner at Ramberg Advokater and member of the Swedish Bar Association. Malin Tiberg specialises within the practice areas capital markets, corporate and financing and securities. Malin Tiberg have extensive experience from advising clients in connection with capital raisings, public takeovers, listings, general meetings, incentive schemes, insider issues, corporate governance, information- and regulatory matters on the capital market etc. Malin Tiberg also works as an advisor in connection with mergers and acquisition.
MALIN HAGBERG MATTSSON
Board Member & CEO- Founder of Hagberg & Aneborn Fondkommission together with Jill Aneborn 2017.
- Over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Previously CEO of Aqurat Fondkommission.
STEFAN LUNDBERG
Board Member- More than 20 years in investment banking, most recently as Head of Corporate Finance at Erik Penser Bank and Partner at Redeye.
- Advised on +100 transactions. mainly within healthcare and tech with focus on ECM.
- M. Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Uppsala University
MAGNUS BÄCKSTRÖM
Board Member- More than 7 years in investment banking, most recently as head of Tech at Erik Penser Bank.
- Advised on +30 transactions.
- M.Sc. In Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics.
