Bergs Securities recruits Jonathan Hedin to its Corporate Finance team

Bergs Securities AB strengthens its Corporate Finance team with the recruitment of Jonathan Hedin.

Jonathan Hedin joins from his role as Head of ECM at Eminova Partners, where he worked with transaction advisory and capital raising for listed growth companies. At Bergs Securities, Jonathan will work as an adviser within Corporate Finance, focusing on ECM and M&A transactions for companies within tech, life science and adjacent sectors. The recruitment is part of Bergs Securities’ continued expansion and ambition to strengthen its position as a financial adviser to listed growth companies in the Nordic region.
