Qbim

Anyone who was a shareholder in SpectrumOne AB on the record date of August 20, 2025 has preferential rights to subscribe for shares in Qbim, in relation to previous shareholdings. Anyone who is a registered shareholder on the record date in SpectrumeOne shall recieve one (1) purchase right for each held share in Qbim AB. To subscribe for one (1) new share at the price of 0.28 SEK per share one (1) purchase right is needed. When subscribing via ISK/KF accounts, subscription must be made in agreement with the bank/custodian where the account is located.
