Hyph offers one of the world’s largest libraries of rights-cleared stems from musicians worldwide. Users can mix these original sounds into unique songs using the Hyph app, share them on social media and digital platforms, and instantly create music by swiping vocals and sounds together.

Anyone who was a shareholder in Hyph AB (publ) on the record date of May 7, 2025 has preferential rights to subscribe for shares, in relation to previous shareholdings. Anyone who is a registered shareholder on the record date shall recieve one (1) unit right for each held share in Hyph AB. To subscribe for one (1) new unit at the subscription price of 0.01 SEK per unit thirtytwo (32) unit rights are needed. Each unit consists of four (4) shares. For subscription without unit rights, the above registration form can be used. When subscribing via ISK/KF accounts, subscription must be made in agreement with the bank/custodian where the account is located.
